Stuffitts Review

Disclosure of Material Connection: I received one or more of the products or services mentioned above for free in the hope that I would mention it on my blog. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers. I am disclosing this in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's 16 CFR, Part 255: "Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising."

Stuffitts are drying inserts with antimicrobial protection. They are stuffed with 100% Natural Cedar.

I must warn you when you open the zip lock bag they come in be prepared, the cedar smell is very strong. If your allergic to Cedar at all this is probably not a product you want to be near.

These will dry out your gloves overnight and improve the odor! They require maintenance free and reusable for at least 1 year (I’ve only used them a few times so far but they work great!).

The material is treated soil release fabric. The eastern red cedar is a natural drying material, with antimicrobial and anti fungal properties. There is a nylon strap between the two pieces that keeps them together and makes for easy hanging. At least that’s what I use it for.

They offer 2 colors: red and black. There are also 2 styles: thick and thin padding, these are thick.

Do not machine wash or dry this!

My son thought the packaging was cool and liked the smell. He insisted on helping.

Which style is best for me?

Thick: Boxing, Cricket, Hockey, Kendo, Lacrosse, Motocross, Safety, Skiing

Thin: Baseball, Construction, Cycling, Equestrian, Football, Golf, Soccer (Goalie), Tactical

How thick is thick?

That is how thick, with a nickel and my hand for comparison. They do not fit in most of my gloves but work great in my husbands! We also use them in shoes although there not specifically designed for it. They really do dry them up overnight and improve the smell.

That is the width, with a nickel for comparison.

Stuffitts® was founded in 2007 by Mike Huebner while training for his first triathlon. He became frustrated with his wet, stinky running shoes and bike cleats so he developed the Stuffitts Shoe Saver—a lightweight, reusable drying insert for shoes to effectively keep them fresh and dry. The product’s success led to the introduction of an entire line of portable drying products to rapidly dry sweaty, wet gear and kill odor-causing bacteria. Stuffitts® inserts are available at specialty retail locations across the U.S. and abroad.
