Did you notice that Halloween is coming up soon?  Halloween is my favorite holiday. Halloween Adventure provided me with a toddler Scooby Doo Costume to review, all opinions are my own.

Finding a place that has a good selection is challenging. Halloween Adventure have a good selection of boys costumes. I had a hard time choosing. They have almost anything you can think of from 20’s to zombies. Halloween Adventure has over 150 costumes for under $20 for children.

Costume hunting is a challenge for me every year.  This year I was mostly looking for my son.  All the Cheshire Cat Costume’s everywhere are cute for infants and then turn into girl costumes with skirts, even tho the Cheshire Cat was a male character. Likewise my son’s favorite Winnie the Pooh characters who are all male have costumes for infants and girls. In the end I just could not resist seeing my little one be Scooby Doo.

My little Scooby Doo just did not want to stand still for a picture.

Then there is the size to choose.  My son is wearing 18m-2T so I chose 3T so he can both grow a little and wear something under it if need be. It’s a little on the big side for my son right now, but it has elastic at the ankles and was easy to cuff.

As a bonus the collar for Scooby Doo and the hat fit me too!  I was surprised!

Remember costumes aren’t just for Halloween, there great for playtime too!

I was also surprised how soft the material is, yet durable feeling. I think it will stand up to quite a few washes.

As always putting something like this on a toddler was a challenge but so worth it! Definitely get an assistant if your trying this, and a very high speed camera ready.
